This is a healthy weight loss blog. I exercise by either running, briskly walking, and/or jumping. I am 16 years old right now. I have been obsessed with my weight; there isn't a day when I don't think about it. I am very self-conscious. I admit, I have been unhealthy at times. I purged a couple of times, but I am absolutely done with that. Once you eat food again, your body wants to absorb it more, making you gain weight faster. Anyways, join me, as I attempt to lose weight, to feel beautiful. I may be young, but I will be a senior next year, and I want to look stunning at prom in a dress I can fit into nicely (and breathe in! LOL) and hot at senior pool day. I have a long way to go, but I've dedicated myself to this. I am not exactly an expert about training healthy, but I am very educated about the topic. I know basically the schedules and intervals I should work out for my own body, because of my experience. Feel free to ask me any questions! :)

I wish my fridge looked like this… but I don’t have a family who’s super healthy. Sometimes I just wish I had my own personal kitchen so I could fill it with all healthy foods and wouldn’t have to worry about eating anything unhealthy if there is nothing unhealthy to eat! For now I’ll just have to fight my temptations…
